Ohio’s state song is “Hang on Sloopy,” its state tree is the Ohio Buckeye
and if there ever were to be an official state festival it would certainly be the bi-annual Hookahville at Legend Valley. As the Midwest awakes from another arduous winter, Hookahville is ready to announce yet another ‘jam’ packed lineup for the spring event held Memorial Day Weekend, Friday through Sunday, May 25-27 at Legend Valley (formerly Buckeye Lake Music Center) in Thornville.
Featuring the festival’s traditional favorite of two headlining nights from ekoostik hookah, this year’s Hookahville will also include performances by Rusted Root, The Wailers, Hot Buttered Rum, Tea Leaf Green, Back Forty, Oakhurst, Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band, The Ark Band, Macpodz and Stephan Mikes with more acts still to be announced.
Hookahville XXVII will also serve as the release party for hookah’s long-awaited double album Under Full Sail: It All Comes Together, the first recording in over 10 years to feature Hookah’s entire original lineup.
Tickets for Hookahville are available now online from the Legend Valley website for $70 in advance and available at the gate for $80, with tickets including camping, parking and two days of two stages of music. Visit Hookahville 27's official site for further details.
