I wonder what the below means for the future of the Christmas Jam in Asheville(I know they're already planning to do another in NYC this year)? TWMA is housed in the same building as the CC. And I've heard rumours that the city may be tearing it(the CC) down -->

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (AP) -- The man who has served as an unpaid consultant on the Asheville Area Center for the Performing Arts for the past four years has been hired to direct efforts to create the center.
James Baudoin will begin his work as executive director in June.
The Asheville Area Center for the Performing Arts is expected to cost between $65 million and $85 milliion. It would be a 2,100-seat venue for theater and music and for community events.
It would serve the functions now served by the 2,350-seat Thomas Wolfe Auditorium that advocates for a new center say is outdated.
Joyce Dorr, president of the the Asheville center
s board of directors, said the board has raised about $5 million so far. Additional funding will come from private donations and from public financing.
