Members of the Tipp Hillbillies have been forerunners of the Americana music scene in Central N.Y. since the early eighties when their band was known as the Casual Dogs and they were performing their now legendary Thursday and Saturday night shows at Dooleyz tavern on Tipperary Hill in Syracuse, NY.
