The Reggae Outkasters were a seven-member Reggae band from Rochester, NY from 1996-2002. They played in the Upstate NY area and Cleveland OH as well. The Reggae Outkasters were dedicated to preserving and satisfying their audiences with diverse styles of authentic Reggae music from Ska, Soca, Roots & Culture to Dancehall. The group included Skill on lead vocals 1997-1999 and keyboard, Gary Clarke on Vocals 1999-2002, keyboards and guitar.
