Lumagrove Lumagrove is a live music project that strives to bridge the gap between opposites and show that everything in the spectrum is really one in the same. In it’s most recent form, Lumagrove consists of producer/drummer Ryan Tinney mixing traditional drumming and percussion styles while live mixing modern electronic music to blend genres such as downtempo, hip hop, drum and bass, funk, ambience, reggae, latin, and dub step.

Since its inception in 2012, Lumagrove has released two self-produced EPs, an accomplished mix-tape series entitled “Mix Down”, as well as sharing the stage with national and regional touring acts such as Dr. Fameus of the Disco Biscuits, Up Until Now, Kaminanda, The Malah, Futexture, Moon Hooch, Archnemesis, Arpetrio, Ultraviolet Hippopotamus, DeadPhish Orchestra, Stokeswood, Greenhouse Lounge, and Higher Learning as well as participating in a number of music festivals around the Southeast including the String Cheese Incident’s Suwannee Hulaween in 2014. Lumagrove has also been featured on Doapbox Internet Radio and was selected as a finalist in the’s Producer Challenge V.

Through music, Lumagrove aims to encourage listeners and audiences to reach inside themselves in order to further understand the world around us and continue the progress of humanity through harmony with people, technology, and the environment.
