Kinky Buddha is the new brainchild of Aaron Redner, fiddle and mandolin player from Hot Buttered Rum. The music comes from Aaron's new CD, City by the Bay, which was recorded in Fairfax, CA and utilizes many of the great musicians from the Bay Area. Bands represented on the disc include ALO, Tea Leaf Green, New Monsoon, Zero, The Waybacks, Jambay, Vinyl, and Hot Buttered Rum.
A Kinky Buddha show can have a varied lineup, but the core band has consisted of:
