Outer Borough Brass Band

The Outer Borough Brass Band delivers funk, traditional jazz and New Orleans second line grooves to the boroughs of NYC. Formed by Joe Scatassa (Afroskull), who leads the group from behind the Sousaphone, the band features a rotating cast of New York's finest musicians. The Outer Borough Brass Band debuted on Mardi Gras day 2011 in Manhattan's Lower East Side and recently shared the stage with New Orleans' own Glen David Andrews Band.... more
