MainLine was formed in September 2010 and is already becoming a force in the New Orleans music scene. This 8-piece funk/soul ensemble is built from the mold of such great New Orleans acts such as the Soul Rebels, Rebirth and Dirty Dozen Brass Bands, but puts its own contemporary spin on the music by incorporating guitars, keyboards and drum kit to the brass band horn set-up.
