Bridges & Blinking Lights began life in Denton, Texas as catharsis for singer/guitarist Jake Wilganowski. In early 2006, the quartet (comprised of bassist Michael Lile, guitarist Marc Montoya, vocalist Jake Wilganowski, and drummer Christopher Considine) began work on what would eventually become Standing on The Same Stick. Their 2007 debut album was self-produced and tagged as one of the year's best local releases.
