The Rafter Bats
The Rafter Bats The Rafter Bats are a five-piece band based in Southern Connecticut. Using the traditional sounds of bluegrass as a foundation, they draw on their diverse musical backgrounds to create a truly unique sound of their own. Whether playing to a crowd of thousands or to a small intimate gathering, they have the ability to get people on their feet dancing or leave them crying in their beer. It's virtually impossible not to tap your foot or sing along while the guys are on stage. The Rafter Bats play both electric and acoustic instruments, including mandolin, dobro, banjo, guitar, bass and drums. The Rafter Bats repertoire consists of original material, traditional favorites, and well-known covers.
