Party band Los Musicos de Jose from Mexico City is composed of seven musical friends: Miguel Haller (drums), Paul Spalla (bass), David Lopez (guitar), Angel Leal (trumpet), Gerardo Belandrano (percussion), Aldo Max, (keyboards and saxophone), Michel Acosta (saxophone).
Their music is an eclectic hybrid of rock, jazz and funk with abrupt changes that can take various directions at any given moment..
Los Músicos de José has performed at international festivals such as the "Celebrate Mexico Now" in New York (2008), the International Jazz Festival in Mexico City (2006), Chinto Mendoza in Mexicali BC (2007), the Jazz Fest Xalapa Veracruz (2009), FAOT in Sonora (2008), International Fest in Chihuahua (2007), among many others. They also played in the 2007 and 2010 editions of Festival Vive Latino in Mexico City, shared the stage with Groove Collective at the Hard Rock in Guadalajara and Joe's Pub in New York City.
