In 2007 Mike Stewart (Keys/Vocals), Paul Turley (Guitars/Vocals), and Peter Nyvall (Drums/Vocals) formed The Frozen Movement with an idea to create a new sound based on tight grooves and improvisation. Together they blended funk, rock, jazz, reggae, and electronica to create High-Altitude Electro-Funk-Rock.
