Jonny Woodrose and the Broken-Hearted Woodpeckers was formed in January of 2009 as a one man band consisting of Jonny Woodrose, a second-or third-hand guitar and three or four songs. Through playing open-mic after open-mic, Woodrose's humorously insightful lyrics and charm-drenched vocals quickly earned him a following among other artists and bar/coffee shop regulars.
