Milagro Saints have completed their latest album of americana, roots-rock, soul-folk , "Chance and Circumstance" For this record the Saints have had the opportunity to be produced by Jick wins-Low, who has worked on everything from electric jazz rock with ex-Zappa alumni to rootsy Americana soundtracks, and divides his time between the San Francisco, Los Angeles and Nashville music scenes. This album project has brought the band this year to open for Rusted Root at the Raleigh Amphitheater, and follows up on a festival filled 2010 and 2011, including Shakori Hills, headlined by Donna The Buffalo, Marshall Tucker Band, and Carolina Chocolate Drops, Durham CenterFest, Hillsborough St. "Live it Up" Festival, Festival for the Eno, Carrboro Music Festival, Weaver Street Music Festival, Harvest Moon Music Festival and many others. 2008's album "warmsoulsunshine" got rave reviews in the US and Europe. This is a band influenced by the sonic territory of mid 60’s-early 70’s folk rock, Americana and cosmic wanderings of Neil Young, Dylan, Van Morrison, The Band, Procol Harum, The Dead, Gene Clark etc etc. Harmonicas, hammond organ, acoustic guitars, mandolin, teles and lap steel, splash over classic songwriting throughout.Career Highlights for Milagro Saints include main stage at the original Berkshire Mountain Music Festival, the Woody Guthrie Festival, opening for 10,000 Maniacs at the Lowell Summer Music Series, being labeled "fantastic" by Mick Taylor at a New York City show, and this year's latest show with Rusted Root.
