Chris Hatton phoned Anthony Place from Texas and said "If I move back to Cleveland, do you want to start a new band?" "Yeah," said Place. And so, The League of Proper Musicians was formed in Cleveland, OH in the brutal winter of 2007. Their original drummer was having scheduling issues and Place suggested bringing in drummer, DJ and all around renaissance man, Mr. Mike Reyes to fill in when needed.
