When Megan is not writing songs with some of Nashville's most talented songwriters, she is either performing at one of the city's landmark venues or hop-scotching across the country on acoustical gigs or traveling with her band and delivering spirited, dynamically-packed performances while showcasing her strong vocals and captivating audiences with lyrics that are relatable.
Megan's songs are being played on radio stations around the world and she has been featured in several publications including CountryStarsOnline.com, Today's Country Magazine and in the "Listen Up!" section of Country Weekly Magazine. Megan's show schedule includes fan concerts, anthems and performances for groups of as few as 30 people to over 17 million televised viewers. She's performed for live audiences exceeding 180,000 in attendance but as equally at home in a "listening room" experience, a Nashville honkytonk or performing in front of tens of thousands of animated NASCAR fans.
Her Freshman album was recorded at the famed Cash Cabin Studio under the production of Grammy winning John Carter Cash. She co-wrote all songs on this project.
Recent performances include; The Cincinnati Reds, The Indy 500, Atlanta Braves, Watkins Glen International NASCAR, Daytona Coke Zero 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, The Allstate Brickyard 400 Sprint Cup Series, The Kentucky Derby, The Kansas City Royals, Tioga Downs Resort and Casino, The Chicago White Sox, Nashville Superspeedway and the famed Eddie's Attic in Atlanta, Georgia. Megan has performed main-stage with well-known country artists Jason Aldean, Phil Vassar, Heidi Newfield, Jamie O'Neal, Trent Tomlinson, Travis Tritt, Lorrie Morgan, Mark Chestnutt, Delbert McClinton, The Byrds and many others. Thus far, in 2010 she has performed at over 125 events.
While not on the road, Megan is working on a Sophomore album that will be comprised of songs that she has written, as well as a few "discovered" songs from some of Music City's well-known writers. The album will be available in fall of 2010.
