Joey Porter's Tribute to Michael Jackson

Joey was born in Nashville, TN in 1972. He moved to Portland, OR in 1994. Playing in the latin-funk band Rubberneck from 95-99, Joey recorded 2 albums and toured the entire US for the first time. After leaving Rubberneck he played in the hip-hop bands the Five Fingers Of Funk and Phat Sidy Smokehouse from 99-01, again touring extensively. Joey started to write his own music and finding his own voice, so he started Porterhouse Quartet in 1999. Porterhouse was mostly intstrumental funk/jazz/fusion music composed by Joey.
