Dan Reed grew up as only child on 2,000 acres of land in South Dakota, which gave Dan plenty of time to daydream. It was here, riding tractor in the summer sun that Dan first fantasized about becoming a musician while listening rock blaring on the tractor cab's AM radio. Throughout high school, Dan played trumpet in the school band, while studying karate, and participating in every sport he could get his hands and feet into. But it wasn't until he learned to play guitar that Dan realized that this was what he was searching for… the world of writing... more
