The Dry River Yacht Club is comprised of eight musicians from different, successful Arizona bands, from classical and non-traditional backgrounds, who have come together to compose walls of sound and funky, driving beats behind Garnet, the singer's, haunting vocals. The music is serious but the performances are pure fun, and the energy exuding into the crowd whenever DRYC takes the stage is always intriguing, exotic, and contagious. There are two types of people at a Dry River Yacht Club show: those who dance because they can't deny the steady, driving beats, and those who cannot dance because they're too captivated not to watch what is happening onsage.
