See The World
See The World See The World is in their infancy, and music is their experiment with directions that are proving to be endless. Their overall message stays the same, regardless of final product. That is, "We should live our lives according to the passions we dream about--the things we would do if we could do anything, the things we are gifted in, and the things that make us want to wake up in the morning (or in the middle of the night)."

Jeremy "Jasper Austin" Smith and Samuel J. Cook create music in hopes of sharing the idea that it's okay to avoid chasing the societal norm. They encourage us to take a step back from what we think we SHOULD be doing, and find out what we WANT to be doing. Maybe it's a career change, maybe it's spending a few hours a week watching classic movies, or maybe it's taking a weekend road trip to practice photography. Put simply, they remind us to follow our passions and see the world that surrounds us from a new perspective.

Minneapolis-based See The World's debut release, Broken Cities, mixes piano-based pop with atmospheric rock. With simple progressions and poppy melodies, airy synths and spacey guitars, See The World has fallen upon its own sound and fresh perspective.
