Southern California-based country-pop vocalist/singer-songwriter EILEEN CAREY, “Best Female Vocalist” winner at the 2007 South Bay Music Awards, releases her long-anticipated new album, MOVIN ON (My RecordLabel.net; Release Date: November 20).
