Heady P
Heady P With an acute awareness of forward-thinking music, Heady is forging a path straight to your heart. Heady P sets are ass-shaking and mind-breaking, and leave you wondering, "What's this guy on?". Hip-electro-psychadelic-urban-tech-funkin' music, is the answer.

Raised with a love of records and music of true-expression, Patrick Kinkeade developed his broad taste early on in life. From early favorites like Jimi Hendrix, Frank Zappa, The Clash, and the Beatles to electronic stalwarts like The Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk, DJ Shadow, and Kraftwerk; Patrick developed a taste for simple ideas with high production values. Years of listening to BBC's Radio1 and attending the Coachella festival cemented a love of artful music and live performance. After years of collecting his own records and seeking out the finest in live music, Patrick purchased a set of turntables. Three years on, Heady P has made a name for himself in the vibrant Tulsa-indie music scene with his weekly "Get Small" party at Tiny Lounge, the "Dirtybomb" sessions along with cohorts Dilation and Nutter at Capella's, and his "Mad Science" & "Hooligan Disco" nights at The Colony. In addition, Heady P has performed eclectic opening sets for such diverse marquee acts as N*E*R*D, Buckethead, and twice for Ghostland Observatory. In 2009, Kinkeade is focused on developing his production repertoire, cycling, and DJing abroad. The future is bright for this student of sound. Heady times indeed...
