A Dynamic and group of New York City Musicians have assembled to have Fun creating music. Mike Delledera and his Band mix blues, jazz, psychedelic rock, trance & funk with Catchy Songs and TwIsTeD improvised jams. An alchemy of guitar, piano, bass, drums and vocal harmonies creates rich melodies and cool funky grooves, ranging from Reggae to Rock to Bluegrass to 21st Century Jam Band. Mike Delledera's fun, honest songs and guitar experimentations weave together with Matt Schueler's blues, jazz, and gospel keys, keeping audiences on their toes, dancing for hours.
Over the past three years, Mike Delledera has opened for Tea Leaf Green, Strangefolk, The Big Wu, The Breakfast, DJ Logic, and more. He has toured the Northeast with several bands as a guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter.
The MD Band is currently recording an album - due out Spring 2008.
In 2007, Mike founded the Ivy Music Studio, a Mobile Music School which teaches Piano & Guitar students ages Four and Up and offers After-School Music Programs in NYC. ** Ivymusic.org
