The Green Light Society. A Philadelphia based band with electronic, hip hop, and funk sensibilities. Since March 2007, we have ultimately become driven to step into the Philly and Northeastern livetronica scene. From the basement of Club 1424 to the Projekt Music Festival, we've started to pave our own path. With ideas ranging from dirty house to Sonic the Hedgehog interpretations, we live to have people wondering, what's next?
In the year and a 1/2 since our inception, we have had the opportunity to work with different musicians within our collective scene. Artists we've shared the stage with include BassDrumBingo, Basshound, Biodiesel, Bodega, Bohemian Sunrise, The Breakfast, Butterjive, Chronicles of the Landsquid, Codename, Damn Right!, Digital Frontier, Dr. Fameus, Earthtone, Eliot Lipp, Glass Grenade, The Heavy Pets, The Indobox, Tha Itis, The Juice, The Mantras, MJ Project, MO2 (Mind Orchestra), Pet Cemetary, PUSH, Queen B of Orchard Lounge, Segway, Sonkin, and Tucci to name a few.
