Our Neighbor Barry (ONB) - a Los Angeles-based rock band – formed in early 2007, but has roots going back to when Jeff Skaggs and Dan Diebes (who both supply guitars, keyboards, and vocals to the project) met as college freshmen in 1995. Over the years, these two have played in various projects and have forged a musical partnership and conversation that planted the seeds of Our Neighbor Barry.
