Nick Z is a soulful singer-songwriter, born and raised in the sunswept suburbs of San Diego. He was raised on the old-school vinyl sounds of Marvin, Al and the young Michael J. He learned the licks and started singing in the inspired fits of his college career. An education which included local San Diego cat, Jason Mraz.
