The Jam Society

The Jam Society formed in February of 2007 as the Ari Teitel Band when original members guitarist/vocalist Ari Teitel (age 14) and drummer Amir Edwards (age 14) were asked to perform at the Motown Winter Blast. In September 2007 they recruited 17 year old keyboardist Jimmy Fox and in June of 2008 added new funk bassist Mason Cormie. You see, Ari comes from a jam band/blues background, Amir comes from a gospel background and Mason comes from a funk/jazz background.
