The Electric Waste Band began rocking San Diego in the fall of 1989. Though not originally styled a Grateful Dead cover band, the band soon found its way playing their versions of the music they loved. In February of 1992, the band started playing what is now the longest running local residency in San Diego...monday nights at Winstons in Ocean Beach. And the music never stopped.
