The Enemy
The Enemy The Enemy is comprised of five wily young men from Lincoln, Rhode Island, who write, perform, record, produce, duplicate, distribute, and dig their own music. Peter Mitchell (vocals), Cory Waldron (guitar), Matt Jablecki (guitar), Ryan Gharaee (bass/keys) and Nick Fyfe (drums) have worked hard developing their unique blend of infectious hooks, face-melting guitar solos, groovy breakdowns, and driving rhythms--creating a style which collapses generic boundaries and is derivative of influences that span centuries. With raucous live performances, a penchant for improvisation and access to a state-of-the-art recording studio, The Enemy's one objective is to continually bring new music to the masses. In the five months that they've been writing and recording with their current line-up, they've released a four-song live demo, a single on a national compilation ("Standing on the Shoulders of Giants." - RedBlue Records Summer Sampler 2006), and have nearly completed producing their first full-length album. In the coming months, The Enemy plans on releasing and touring in support of said album, working to further establish themselves as the harbingers of an imminent Rhode Island rock revolution.
