Displaying the diversity of a band whose players are influenced by blues, rock, R&B, jazz and zydeco, the ColdRail Blues Band is laying down a solid fun groove and bringing new life to static feet everywhere they play.
Although recently formed, members of the ColdRail Blues Band are no strangers to the local music scene, each having played with many other groups over the years. Still each was looking for an outlet for the music that inspired them most. When what seemed like a casual conversation turned to more serious discussion about how fun it would be to hear and dance to music blending all those influences, the ColdRail Blues Band was born.
From originals to covers by Robert Cray, Bonnie Raitt, Wilson Picket, Sam Cooke and other greats of the blues influenced genre, audiences enjoy their energy and good vibes song after song as the band puts everything into their performances.
