Circulatory System are a band led by painter / songwriter W. Cullen Hart, formerly of The Olivia Tremor Control. Their first album was released by Cloud Recordings on August 28, 2001. They did an East Coast tour in Fall 2001 with the line-up of: Will Hart (vocals, guitar, electronics); John Fernandes (clarinet, violin, bass); Peter Erchick (organ, bass, vocals); Heather McIntosh (cello, bass, vocals); Jeff Mangum (drums, vocals); and Hannah Jones (drums, percussion).
