E.O.E (Equal Opportunity Employment) is a diverse World - Funk - Hop outfit from New Orleans, LA. The band was formed in 2004 and quickly developed a following in the Big Easy with their unique blend of Hip Hop, Jazz, Latin, Reggae and New Orleans Second Line Funk. E.O.E was on tour in the western U.S. when hurricane Katrina made landfall in August 2005 and forever changed the band's hometown.
