Mudkids have been a part of the independent rap scene for nearly a decade. Forming in 1997, Tyler and Russ began recording their first demos in Bloomington, IN. The group started playing shows in their hometown of Indianapolis circa '98. Indiana is not exactly the hip-hop capitol of the world, but the 'Kids persevered and haven't had problems maintining a well-earned reputation as one of THE acts-to-see in the Midwest.
