Dr. Arvin Scott is a multi-award winning percussion artist, youth program developer/coordinator, and educator with over three decades of national and international experience. In 2005 Scott's "Spirit of the Drum", title track from his 1999, debut audio CD was selected by PBS for background music in the public TV, educational program History Detectives.
