If it wasn't for Chicago's ridiculous live music scene, Tula would not exist. After several projects on their own, the band met eachother while attending various local concerts, soon realizing they had a common interest in creating fresh, uncompromising improvised music. The band drew together on a mission to move bodies, officialy forming Tula in May of 2008. Diverse influences combined to form a unique sound that is all their own.
