The White Thighs: the brainchild of songsmith Peter Bates, a true star in his own right. While The Thighs have remained focused on playing only in Little Compton, Rhode Island, and surrounding environs- their music reaches beyond L.C. and out to all walks of life. Concieved durring an all-nude jam-session in 2003, The White Thighs have clothed themselves and grown muscically. At any given Thighs gig you'll find Peter leading the band through a managerie of classic 80's tunes, traditional gospel & bluegrass numbers, as well as the occasional barn-burning... more
