The Southern Lights

The Southern Lights are a four-piece Southern Rock band based in Asheville, NC. Born from the mountains of Boone, NC in 1998 and settling in Asheville in the summer of 2000, they hand-built a recording studio where they began work on their first full-length album. from the seed was released the very next year, and The Southern Lights began touring the Eastern U.S. that summer with milestones including an appearance at Bele Chere in Asheville and opening the stage for Jethro Tull and The Chieftains in Charlotte.
