Electric Junction Formed in the Fall of 2003, Electric Junction has risen to become a mainstay touring act in Iowa and the Midwest . Beginning as a jam band, Electric Junction has evolved through the years to become so much more for the simple fact; they write great songs. West of the Mississippi, released in October of 2006 chronicles the best of the bands wide library of original tracks. West of the Mississippi paints a broad picture of the American Landscape and its people with styles ranging from Bluegrass, Country, Rock, and Alternative flavors that seamlessly flow together to offer a truly unique musical perspective. Electric Junction's live shows get the body and soul moving with infectious boogie tunes and will then pull back, drawing the listener in with powerfully written Dylan-esk ballads. Electric Junction prides itself with it’s musicianship, with each member bringing their own unique styles and influences to the table.
