Career Soldiers
Career Soldiers Born of the suburban quagmire that is San Diego, CAREER SOLDIERS formed in August, 2002. Wasting no time, the band entered the studio for the first time in May, 2003 to record their self-released debut ep, "Passion For Destruction". Their debut ep and relentless local gigging caught the attention of THE UNSEEN, whose front man Mark quickly agreed to release their debut full length album "Finding Freedom In Hopelessness" on his A.D.D. Records label. Released in September of 2004, "Finding Freedom in Hopelessness" displayed the raw, aggressive and hook-laden style of the band and helped to gain them touring opportunities with punk headliners such as THE CASUALTIES, CHEAP SEX, THE UNSEEN, A GLOBAL THREAT, CLIT 45 and others. The CAREER SOLDIERS constant gigging most recently caught the attention of New York's PUNK CORE RECORDS, who have signed the band to release their second full length album "Loss of Words", scheduled for release in Spring of 2007. Summer tour dates TBA soon, expect to hear a lot more from CAREER SOLDIERS in 2007!
