Gunslinger's Dream is a collection of musicians from the Chicago land area. Starting as a musical jam group in college Chai, Mike, Tim, Peter and Gordon have continued to adapt, change and grow while maintaining a clear vision of what the band's personality is. Drawing upon the varied list of influences they all bring forth, their collective sound is dynamic and engaging but can still be relaxed and subtle.
The band truly finds a voice of their own in their songwriting. Each song is meticulously arranged and crafted in an effort to sound progressive but also have melodic sensibility. From that foundation the band is able to extend itself and explore what musical possibilities lie when audience and band come face to face. Between rock melodies, reggae vibes and all-out improv, they keep a high energy show moving through any time slot in any venue in any city...
