Intense City was formed in October 2003 as a group of like minded individuals who just wanted to play music together. Starting off with a select few covers, and a few originals penned by Kyle Kilduff, we played our first gig with The Butterhouse Band in the same month. Over the past year and a half we have formed a small base of quality fans, as well as have played at Spaghettifest, Main Street Bar and Grill, The Pub and other venues around Harrisonburg, Richmond, and Charlottesville, Virginia.
Musically we attempt to bring elements of Rock, Funk, and a healthy dose of improvisation to our music. Lead by Andrew Rapisarda, and Kyle Kilduff on guitars, and drummer Lee Francis, and bassist Kai Eason, we strive for a high energy show with a good feel.
