Asterisk Asterisk is one of New York City's fineset improvisational rock groups. Forging through successful gigs on Bleeker Street, at CG's Gallery, and in various Lower East Side haunts, Asterisks has been gaining legions of fans the old fashioned way -- one at a time and by putting on blistering live shows. The Asterisk trio brings its full arsenal of funk, rock, hass, and reggae grooves to all of their original music, tasty covers, and free-form jams.
