The Sputter

This sums it up: In autumn 2003 The Sputter was born out of experimentation. They began playing live in early 2004 at clubs and bars around colorado. Influences include, but are not limited to, Coltrane, Monk MMW, JFJO, Mike Clark, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, Pink Dots, E.S.T., Herbie and Miles. Yet The Sputter has invented a sound all their own and they call it electocosmicjazz.
