Torpedo Betty
Torpedo Betty San Diego band Torpedo Betty burst onto the music scene in 2002, with their unique mix of dynamic fusion of Rock, Jazz, Funk, and Coul. In the short time they've been together, Torpedo Betty has performed at some of Southern California's top venues, including Victor's by the Bay, Winston's, and the renowned Belly Up Tavern, where Torpedo Betty was awarded the coveted title of "San Diego Spotlight's Best Band 2004." The band has shared stages with Grammy Winner Victor Wooten, Medeski, Martin & Wood, nationally touring act Carlos Washington and the Amazing Giant People, and Alfred Howard's K-23 Orchestra. Torpedo Betty has also played the 2004 Baja Bash and various festivals in Mexico and Arizona.
