Simon Lott

Simon Lott was born into a musical family in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He began playing gigs around age 15. Since then, Lott has played with many different ensembles. He is currently drumming for Charlie Hunter 's trio and plays with many fine musicians all around the United States. In addition to performing, Lott has also acted as a drum instructor at the University of New Orleans and teaches privately wherever he may be. He holds a B.A. in English Literature from LSU.
