The Disco Biscuits have unveiled the lineup for the inaugural City Bisco event set to take place Friday October 5 and Saturday October 6 at The Mann Center in Philadelphia. Pre-sale tickets will be available on Tuesday, July 17 at Noon EST via TicketFly. Two-day packages will be sold as a discount price of $69.50. General public onsale starts on Friday, July 20 at Noon EST via Ticketmaster.
