DETOUR MUSIC FESTIVAL

The first ever L.A. Weekly magazine-sponsored Detour Music Festival will feature Beck, Queens of the Stone Age, Basement Jaxx, Peeping Tom, Redd Kross, Blonde Redhead, Nortec Collective, Blackalicious, Of Montreal, The Like, The Elected, OH NO! OH MY!, The Blood Arm, Everybody Else, The Howling Bells, Wired All Wrong and DJ Sets by: VHS or Beta, Steve Aoki/Kid Millionaire, Shepard Fairey and Travis Keller (more to be announced)!

The one day event will take place Saturday, October 7 on Main and 1st Streets in Los Angeles. Tickets are on sale now!

Detour is booked by Goldenvoice, best known for the annual Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio, Calif. A portion of proceeds will benefit the non-profit organization Tree People, which works to find sustainable solutions to urban ecosystem problems.
