It's a rare reason to celebrate when Tom Waits announces tour dates. There aren't many shows, but if you happen to live in the South and/or Mid-West, then you're in luck.
When asked why the mini-tour is hitting these select markets, Waits commented, "We need to go to Tennessee to pick up some fireworks, and someone owes me money in Kentucky."
