Theryl "Houseman" deClouet, lead singer of Galactic, is a rough-voiced, straight-from-the-heart soul singer who delivers some of funkiest music you'll ever hear. This week marks the release of The Houseman's debut solo album with songs steeped in deep Southern soul and seasoned with hip-hop, blues and gospel, backed by many of the greatest musicians from New Orleans today. The Houseman Cometh! is out there for all to enjoy with tons of guest musicians including appearances by by Stanton Moore, Jeffe Raines, Ben Ellman, and Rich Vogel from Galactic.
