My Morning Jacket will be opening for Pearl Jam on the first leg of their US Tour, kicking off on May 9th in Toronto and ending in East Rutherford, NJ on June 3rd.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I will be seeing two shows in three days. When does Michigan ever get this kind of love? Rarely. This is gonna rock!!!

saweeeeet! unusual but great looking combo of bands. i have never actually seen Pearl Jam live but have seen MMJ a couple of times. lets just say i can't wait for the Hartford show!

As much as I'm fired up about MMJ touring... this kinda stinks because of the high ticket $$$, shorter set (I assume), and general difficulty getting tickets because of PJ's draw.

Ho hum, still gonna try to get in.

I saw PJ in Grand Rapids in October of '04, I never thought they would never come back after being inside the Deltaplex (held 6,000). But here it is a year and a half later, and I'm making the 25 min. drive to see another epic show.

Leave it to Pearl Jam to save us Michiganders, which as you know by now, never gets love.
